About
From São Paulo, BR. At home everywhere.
I’ve been photographing since I was a teenager — quietly, instinctively, often without knowing why. I just never stopped looking.
Over the years, I’ve collected light the way others collect objects — slowly, sometimes accidentally. A reflection on a tiled floor, a silhouette passing through a frame, a conversation overheard, but in image. I’ve always been more comfortable watching than performing. I guess that’s where the camera fits in — somewhere between distance and closeness.
Intentional Grain is the first time I’ve tried to give shape to these fragments. It’s not a portfolio, it’s not a diary. It’s something in between. A living archive of places I’ve been, moods I’ve carried, and people I’ve loved (or just passed by). Some of these moments were captured with expired film. Others with whatever was in my hand. They all share one thing: intention. Even when blurry.
I’m not interested in perfection. I’m interested in presence. In pause. In that feeling when something ordinary becomes unforgettable — just because you noticed.
This is my way of noticing.
And maybe, if you’re here, it’s yours too.
